Two principals, and professionals in the regions where we need them.

Entitlement and development work is uneven by nature, and we’re built to match it.

A small core who own the relationship and the outcome, and experienced professionals engaged where the work is, so you get the person the project actually needs, in the jurisdiction it’s actually in, and you’re not paying for a roster between engagements.

Charlie Yokley, AICP

Principal and Founder

Charlie spent twenty-two years as a certified planner, most of it working for municipalities, writing ordinances, reviewing applications, staffing boards and watching hundreds of projects come across a public counter. He founded YES to bring what’s obvious from that seat to the people on the other side of it.

He runs the entitlement work and takes the first call on most engagements. If you send a parcel, he’s the one who reads the record before you talk.

Jen Yokley

Chief Commercial Officer

Jen leads the commercial side of the firm, strategy, marketing, business development and partnerships, after a career in B2B marketing leadership. She’s the reason a firm this technical can explain itself in plain English.

The professionals we bring in

We work wherever our clients are buying land, and we don’t pretend to have a standing office in every market. In jurisdictions that are new to us, we work alongside local counsel, local civil and local specialists, people with standing at that counter and history with that board.

Where a project needs surveying, geotechnical, traffic, environmental or legal work, we bring in firms we’ve worked with and manage them as part of the team. You’ll know who they are and what they cost.

That’s what fractional means in practice: capacity assembled around the deal, rather than a deal squeezed into whoever happens to be on payroll.

Want to talk to one of us? It’ll be Charlie.
